Who we are

Associazione Culturale MIX, Via Rovello 3, 20123 Milano · C.F. 97828850152, is the data controller. For any question about your data, write to info@mixitaly.org.

What we collect

Only what you send us: through the trial lesson form (your name, your email, your child's age, whether you are a school or a parent, the preferred format and your message) or by email.

We do not ask for your child's name or photos through this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and organise a trial lesson, or a proposal for your school. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before an agreement (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who receives it

Only the MIX team. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

To run the website we use a few service providers: Web3Forms delivers the form to our mailbox, Keliweb (Italy) hosts our email, and Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to keep it secure. Some providers may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to answer you. If no course or collaboration follows, we delete your messages within 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy (arts. 15–22 GDPR): just write to info@mixitaly.org.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, profiling or analytics cookies, and it does not track you. Fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own website, so nothing is sent to Google or YouTube while you browse. This is why there is no cookie banner.

If you click on Instagram, Facebook or WeChat, you leave our website and their own privacy policies apply.
